The 12 Avenue Café works in support of community-based organizations, public and private schools, churches, and outreach services to enhance the lives of people within our community. To be eligible for contributions:
- Qualify for nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue
Code.
- Benefit the local community serviced by 12th Avenue Cafe
To apply for contributions, submit in writing:
- A concise description, including purpose and objectives
- Amount of request
- Date of event
- Contact information,
- Proof of nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code
- A goal your event is trying to reach
Donations are made in the form of Gift Certificates to be used for dinners at our cafe. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
